From the time I stepped in the door, service was great. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and checked me in. Tonnie’s, the medical assistant checked me in and within minutes of tgat, I met with Amy West PA. She examined me & withing 10 minutes max, she was done & after scheduling my next Annual visit, I was out the door &on my way! What a Great experience. I wish all of my doctor visits were as expedient😃

I’ve had the pleasure of making about 6 visits to Stockton Dermatology over the past year with a constant experience. Professional, timely and yet still an ability from their staff and John Shaff to make a personal connection. Always willing to answer my questions and explain. Always leaving with a feeling of trust. Much appreciated and admired.

I see John Shaff regularly. He’s always on time, and that’s a big plus for me. He’s very pleasant, and unlike other doctors, he really listens to me. He’s careful in his examination of my condition, and he makes every effort to relieve pain or discomfort. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. ♥️

After being a happy patient of this dermatology office for many years, I had to find another dermatologist after my insurance changed 18 months ago. I had been seeing a PA at the new dermatologist’s office for the past 10 months about a condition on my hands. I was unhappy with the progress we were making and had to wait weeks or months for appointments. Recently, my insurance changed again and I was able to return to Stockton Dermatology. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly and was able to get me in with Dr. Stockton the next day. Dr. Stockton was very professional, exceedingly knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time with me, making sure all of my questions were answered. She ordered bloodwork and prescribed a different topical ointment. I am very happy that I was able to return to this business, because now I feel like I am making progress toward addressing my skin issue.

I've been going to Stockton dermatology to get an annual skin cancer scan for quite a few years. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Typically, I've seen one of the PA's with good results. About a year ago they discovered melanoma on my arm. Fortunately, they found it early and were able to remove it and, according to the lab, they were able to get everything. So now I get a scan every three months and just had one with Dr. Stockton who is very nice but also seems very knowledgeable and does a very good job of explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. I highly recommend Stockton Dermatology.

I’ve been going to Stockton Dermatology for a couple years now (for esthetic and general health reasons). Every person working there that I interacted with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive to my needs/concerns. I highly recommend this clinic because they provide a superior level of care and expertise, not to mention the wide range of services they offer.

While I enjoy John and he is 5 star practitioner, I can no longer recommend this practice. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. The public shouldn’t have to put up with poor/shady business practices on the part of doctor’s offices or rude receptionists. There are many other offices that will appreciate my (considerable) business.
