Skin Science by Cynthia Price, M.D.

Location: 2633 E Indian School Road, Suite 460, Phoenix, AZ 85016 ​On February 19, 2026, I traveled from Peoria, Arizona, to Skin Science by Cynthia Price, M.D. (SkinScience Analytics) via Uber due to an unexpected vehicle breakdown. Prior to my 4:00 PM appointment, I proactively called to disclose a 10-minute delay and specifically asked if this would be a problem. The staff member explicitly stated it was fine and directed me to "come on in." Upon my arrival at 4:10 PM, however, I was informed the appointment could not be honored. Despite the conflicting information and the significant transportation costs already incurred, I remained professional and rebooked for the following day. ​On February 20, 2026, I left my place of employment in Peoria at 2:00 PM to ensure I could fulfill the rebooked appointment. Although my transportation app indicated a 3:00 PM arrival, the commute was significantly impacted by heavy traffic and multiple drop-offs and pickups, extending a typically 30-minute Uber trip to two hours. Upon arrival, I apologized to the staff and explained that due to the ongoing vehicle complications and the extended commute, I could no longer participate. I expressed my appreciation for the opportunity and communicated total understanding when the staff member mentioned needing to leave for personal obligations. ​While waiting in the lobby for my return Uber, the staff—unaware of my continued presence—began discussing me in disparaging terms. One staff member asked if I had "showed," to which another responded, "I don’t know what’s wrong with people, why would you keep trying to come, people are just..." At that point, I stepped into the area and responded, "I’m just what?" No response or apology was offered. ​Does human decency and kindness exist anymore? To be chastised for making a sincere, costly effort to honor a commitment is highly distasteful. While I was perfectly understanding of the staff's time and personal schedules, the lack of professional discretion and the decision to ridicule a client within earshot of the lobby is a significant lapse in service etiquette and basic human respect. This was the first negative encounter I had at this location needless to say I am thoroughly disappointed in customer service.

Dr. Price is a true talent! Her expertise and eye for detail are truly a gift! She has an incredible warm and friendly personality and really listens to your goals! I trust her guidance completely! Debbie Downey

Ok, so the place is just totally fab esthetically! I felt underdressed when I walked in. Next time, I'm wearing a shirt with a collar..and accessories! It was like Erewhon went medical on an episode of Selling Sunset. Front desk was nice and quick and accommodating. Medical staff was professional and engaging. Gave me options on my diagnosis, did what they could do at that time and sent me on my way. Very efficient...and I had enough time to take a lunch! Will be using their dermatologist in the new year. Great job all around!

Amazing staff! Always super friendly, helpful and patient-focused. From scheduling to billing, every single person I’ve interacted has been a pleasure. I primarily see Physician Assistant Kim B. Kim has been a great help, is an absolute pro, and highly skilled in her profession. I don’t hesitate in giving Skin Science my highest recommendation.

service was excellent, interacting with Dr. and staff was warm and friendly. Only complaint is timing: For a set appointment, it took a full hour from arrival to meeting the Dr.! If it was the other way around, they’d’ve cancelled the visit and probably charged the full price… just something to think about!

My experience at Skin Science with Kim was amazing! I came in with the hopes of seeking new options for my stubborn acne. She was very helpful and listened to my concerns, and proposed different treatment options based on how I wanted to approach treatment! She also mentioned things we might add on later if my acne still wants to push back on the treatment that we are starting. I am looking forward to future appointments! 1000/10 would recommend to anybody in need of dermatology services!

Fantastic customer service. This was the first doctor appointment in a while that I was not waiting for 30+ mins past my appointment time. The team was friendly and professional and quick. The office was clean and organized. Excited I chose this office to be my new dermatologist!
