Dr. McBride was very understanding of my needs and took the time to explain everything calmly, always keeping my best interest in mind. I feel confident and excited to begin my treatment with him. He presented a realistic plan tailored to me, and the student who assisted was also very respectful and professional. Overall, it was a great experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Truly the Best Dermatologist I’ve Ever Had I’ve never been someone who put a lot of effort into my skin, so finally taking the step to see a dermatologist felt huge for me. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right choice. Dr. Michael McBride and Lauren Ax both greeted me with a warm handshake and made me feel comfortable right away — something that matters a lot when you’re already feeling insecure about flare-ups or how your skin looks. What stood out the most is the bedside manner. Not once did they make me feel embarrassed or judged about my scalp breakouts. Instead, they were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and even provided written AM/PM instructions for both my face and scalp care — which is a lifesaver for someone like me who is new to skincare. I left my appointment feeling seen, cared for, and educated, and for the first time, I feel hopeful about my skin. Finding a dermatologist like this genuinely feels like a big step forward for me, and I’m so grateful I found them. Thank you! 🙌😁

From the start I have been very skeptical of any sort of aesthetic treatment because I have heard horror stories and I felt that I don’t need any improvements. However, Kristi did a great job of educating me that it isn’t about the looks and faking things. Instead, it’s about giving your body the best chance at revitalizing key components that we as humans lose every year as we age. The younger we start the better chances we have at slowing down our body’s aging process. I’ve been lucky enough to have Kristi be my go to injector for Botox, filler, micro needling, and Sculptra. My latest treatment was Sculptra, which is becoming my favorite due to the lasting benefits of the product stimulating our own collagen. There are risks with it and Kristi was able to help me understand those risks and help me feel safe. With that being said I understand that it is apart of the process to be bruised and sore, specifically with fillers and biostimulators like Sculptra. Kristi is an A+ injector for her ability to ease fears and produce wonderful results. The Ahwatukee location for Saguaro Dermatology is a great place with a friendly staff. The manager of that location knows how to create a patient first environment.

I had Lauren for my provider and I must say she was the most kind, patient, and understanding provider that I’ve had in many years. She alone deserves a 20 star review but all in all the experience was very good. The front desk staff were also friendly! A heads up though they are in building nine which they don’t have in their email on their address.

Very nice office staff. Providers are on time and respectful. Kristi (medical aesthetics) is absolutely wonderful. She listens to your concerns, makes great suggestions and just puts you at ease. Highly recommend.
