Amazingly bad office administration. Virtually impossible to ever reach anybody on telephone. Have been trying to restart a prescription, with absolutely no luck. It just always feels that all the want to is scare me about pre-cancerous spots and scrape away, as this is how they make money. I am DONE with this practice, after years of bad customer service.

The staff at this English Dermatology location (31st St. & Indian School) were exemplary in their service. They answered all my insurance questions and treated me with kindness and compassion. Kenan and Jasmine took care of everything keeping me informed and at ease during the exam procedure. Kenan is exceptional at what he does and if you have concerns about any dermatological issue, he is the person you want taking care of you. I can not emphasize how relaxed the medical team makes you feel, during this personal and delicate process. Nothing fancy here, just a wonderful group of hardworking professionals who want you to be taken care of comfortably and efficiently.

I have been going there for a few years now. My experience is always good. Kenan always answers all my questions directly, which is important to me. He us direct & friendly, & the girls there have always been kind & friendly to me. I also enjoy hearing about Kenan's family.

Wondering, inviting ,personable. Front desk clerk set high expectations for the service that I would receive. Every team member exceeded those expectations. They were professional, personable, intelligent and helpful. So appreciative..I am a woman of color and I have been looking for a provider that understands treatment for all skin types. It was awesome to have a provider that knows how to treat all skin, no matter what color of skin you are in.🤗. The provider was wonder, knowledgeable, friendly and professional

Great experience top to bottom. The medical assistant and Dr. Kenan were both amazing -- so friendly and sensitive! They made a very unpleasant thing (mole scrape) end up being very pleasant. Will definitely recommend and be coming back.

I loved that I could fill out my paperwork and prepay my copay online. Made checkin/out super easy. The staff were all very friendly. I saw Kennan Arkawi and he had a great bedside manner. I picked this place because it was close to work, I live in Mesa but plan to driving back here if I ever need a dermatologist again bc

Best experience with a doctor that I've ever had. PA Arkawi was very personable and funny, yet knowledgeable and direct with what had to be done. He took what was a frightening (and unanticipated) procedure and made into a painless process. Even after the numbing had worn off, I had no pain, due to his precision and thoughtful measures of care.
