Wow, from beginning to end very nice and very professional! Scheduler was just as good as it gets! Doctor Mackey and staff , very friendly and warm, welcoming and efficient. Very thorough. Highly recommend this dermatology office!!! A+++++ 👍👍👍

I recently relocated to PHX and Epiphany was my dermatologist in Texas. I was so excited there was an Epiphany in PHX, but was nervous as to whether the care would be as excellent as it was in Texas. I am happy to say, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The staff was patient and sweet. The medical personnel were kind, and caring. I felt like I was their only patient for the day. Thank you to all!!

This was a very good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful the whole time, the process went smoothly and without any discomfort. Wait time was minimal and in all including wait time was still under one hour. I know there is no help for the results time and that is the only disconcerting aspect ( naturally would like instant report but that is normal for everyone) All things considered the process and people are all quite professional.

I have made several visits to Epiphany Dermatology at this location and have received excellent service and excellent care from Dr. Mackey and his staff. All of them are very professional and very attentive to my needs. A great group to deal with.

I saw Dr Macke to have a cyst removed from my scalp. I was really nervous about the procedure and worried about scarring. Dr Macke was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and worked with me. He did not cut my hair for the surgery which went great. He assured me the scar would only be a thin line. The procedure was painless and quick. I am so glad I found him. He also did a skin check at my last appointment and was very thorough, describing what he saw and his diagnosis on each. An excellent doctor, very kind and a good communicator!

First time at Epiphany Dermatology. Everyone there was very nice. The Dermatologist really listens and cares for his patients.

The staff was friendly and professional. Minimal wait time . Dr Mackey is great. Has a great bedside manner.
