I think a lot of the negative reviews that are on here must be quite old. I called them to registers as a new patient. They told me to come on in. I registered and saw the doctor in about 20 minutes. He was wonderful as was his staff. Highly recommended.

Most incompetent and unprofessional medical office I've ever experienced. It took me about 30 phone calls to get them to send my Rx in (not exaggerating). I had to give them my information 7 times and every time they didn't write it down and then gave the phone to someone else three more times, then they hung up on me. Told me they couldn't send my Rx to my pharmacy because it wasn't on their computer. Their assistant said I could send me pregnancy test in via text to her personal cell phone for Accutane which I think is illegal. They are absolutely bonkers I'm concerned its dangerous for them to be operating in a medical capacity.

I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism at a medical office before. If they can't handle simple administrative tasks with courtesy, I'd hate to see how they manage patient care. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Doc was great. He was thorough, thoughtful and humorous

Rude and unprofessional. Had to call about my bill and they hung on on me! The bill had a new balance each month and wasn’t reflecting the payments I had sent. Now I have overpaid and am fighting to get my money back. Maybe they need to pay someone, besides doctor Ana, to take care of billing. I will never go back.

I had 2 Mohs procedures, worst experience ever. The doctor lifted some of my skin on my arm and proceeded to cut with a pair of scissors and then the other one on my chest which his wife sutured for me which I don't think she knew what she was doing. Anyone would know that the smaller the suture less the scar, that wasn't the case with me. They were going on vacation so they had me come and get the sutures out less than a week after the procedure. So therefore the incision on my chest burst open. The scar on my chest he had me come back for steroid injections which made it worse. So now it being 3 years later the scars are horrible and noticeable. Never going back again.

Very rude and hateful. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. Answers the phone like your calling her in the middle of dinner with her family. You almost feel like a burden. On top of all that she has no idea of skin conditions and then hangs up on you. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!
