Dr. Li is an absolutely amazing dermatologist. He removed a scary looking mole from my head and several age spots from my face. Thankfully, everything was benign. My face looks fantastic and I healed up with no scaring. I am so glad that I did not have to go through a costly laser procedure. I feel bad reading these awful reviews. I don’t get it. I received fantastic patient care and the staff was very professional. I would go here again and highly recommend Dr. Li.

Took my husband to see Dr. Li this morning to be checked. We both have been patients for years and have never had a bad experience. Doctor had done hand surgery for skin cancer years ago and did a wonderful job. We may have had to wait a bit during one or even two of those visits. When I called for appointment she wanted to bring us in the same day or next day. We opted for today. I read the negative reviews when I looked up number and wasn’t sure how this visit was going to go and honestly considered trying someone else. So glad we didn’t. We found the staff to be very friendly and professional. We went back to see doctor 10 minutes after stepping in the door. Doctor took his time and was very thorough actually locating and freezing an area which was pre-cancer that we never saw. My husband had two spots he went to have checked that did not need treatment. There’s going to be some bad days and maybe bad staff at any location some days. We go for the doctor’s expertise and try to overlook the deficiencies. Overall it was a great visit and great morning! Thank you Dr Li and staff for today!

Dr. Li is did an in-office procedure to remove a cyst off my leg, he was super skilled and precise, and it didn't even leave a scar! I asked if I could film it and he thought that was funny and helped guide the camera (it was on the back of the leg, so weird angle) and we laughed. Super nice doctor. Another time my husband and I went in together and when he came in the room he said "ah, a 2-for-1!" I find him very pleasant and knowledgeable and humorous. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. I decided to go through with it anyway because I really like the doctor. On the day of the appointment, I called just to double-check the time since the woman had been so unprofessional—and a guy answered and told me I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled. Honestly, it felt like they don’t care about their patients at all. I’ll never go back there.

"I had an upsetting experience at [Dermatology Office Name] today. When I arrived, Anna at the front desk told me my insurance wasn’t active, despite my assurance that it was and having my insurance provider on the phone confirming it. Instead of listening, she repeatedly told me to leave the window, saying she was too busy to address it further. I felt embarrassed as she raised her voice in front of a full waiting room, though I remained calm and only tried to clarify that my insurance hadn’t changed. As a Hispanic person, English may not be my first language, but I was able to communicate accurately and clearly about the issue. Despite this, I felt that I was being treated unfairly and even discriminated against. I’ve been here before with the same insurance, so it was disheartening to be treated this way while simply trying to confirm coverage for my appointment. To make matters worse, when my daughter called to follow up, Anna responded by saying, ‘Did you call about this lady that was at my office?’ When my daughter told her that it was her mother she was speaking about, Anna replied, ‘I don’t care who it is, but I just want to let you know that she needs to fix the insurance.’ My daughter tried to explain that everything was accurate and maybe there was an issue with their system, but Anna didn’t listen. I hope the office can address this issue to ensure future patients feel respected and heard during check-in, without being subjected to this kind of treatment."

Dr Li never really helped my problem much. Just keeps giving me cream but that's a temporary fix. The office staff is atrocious. The billing guru said I owed them $400. I said that's funny because I had zero balance last time and the Dr didn't even do anything. I asked why I never got a bill if insurance didn't pay? She said oh we sent a bill. I honestly never received a bill. I'm going to another Dr in dec.

I had a horrible experience. The lady at the front which is the wife of the doctor treated me and a whole bunch of people in the worst possible way. I just needed to ask her a question about the payment and she yelled at me telling me to get out and that she doesnt have time because she is very busy. She was yelling at everyone and i was shaking because i never had an experience like that. She was literally the meanest and rudest person i have ever met in my life. She was yelling for no reason nonstop. We payed $60 copayment and she said the doctor is not going to see me and she asked us to leave. We asked for refund she said no. So basically she just wanted us to pay $60 and leave. I told her there is no way i am leaving the clinic without getting checked. Waited almost 2h for a 3min procedure. I wish i could record her but in that moment i was so stressed. Never going back there. A lot of clients left because of the way she treated them. Do yourself a favor and dont go there. She told me "complain wherever you want i dont care". This needs to be addressed . P.s the doctor who is the husband of the rude lady, is very positive and skilled but he needs to talk to his wife and hire someone else who deserves to be there.
