The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful to them. They’ve helped my family with a pretty severe skin cancer near the mouth, eczema, various freezings and biopsies. I just love and appreciate them so much.

I made the mistake of calling this place. A woman answered the phone she seemed annoyed because I was asking for an appointment and I guess I must have been confused because there's two similar dermatology offices in Petaluma. But I guarantee you this after this rude abrupt woman transferred without telling me to an office clerk who could explain to me what the confusion was. That was great. I just don't understand why they have that rude abrupt woman answering the phone who can't answer the phone because she can't seem to tell you the information you need she was rude and I will never go to this clinic.

The front office member was very helpful and accommodated my request and also the procedure was quick. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and super helpful. Thank you all to make such a great experience I would highly recommend them .
