Zeoli Kathryn MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Kathryn Zeoli's for years. Dr. Zeoli's son Dr. R. Ramirez is now in charge. I looked forward to my office visit and meeting him, although I will miss Dr. Zeoli very much. I had 2 areas that I knew needed to have biopsies and at least one would be positive. "Lucky me" both were positive & I opted for Mohs. Appointment arranged to have Mohs surgery with Dr.Zito. One area would be done each visit. The bridge of my nose was surgery #1. Dr. Zito was very skilled, carefully performed the procedure. Instructions carefully presented for after care on printed form with next appointment for follow up & suture removal All went well & next appointment for Mohs#2 arranged for following week. August 28,Dr. Zito skillfully performed a reconstruction of my upper lip and into the crease of my check to minimize scar. By profession, I’m a retired RN with experience of all types of wounds, and wound care. To put it mildly, this was very upsetting for me, because it was so visible. I just had to deal with it. Wound care instructions given etc. Return visit for follow up suture removal.I was ecstatically surprised of the results once the sutures were removed. Dr. Zito is definitely skilled in reconstructive surgery and I cannot praise him enough for the outcome of my results. The wonderful nurses who are part of this Staff to the receptionist too. I liked Dr. Zeoli very much. My issue was the wait time. I was there for two hours. I was told there were two people ahead of me waiting to see the doctor and it would be a 20-minute wait. I was given the option of seeing her son. But being I was doing a full body I chose to wait for Dr. Z. That 20 minute wait turned into an hour. I said something after 45 min and was told she'll be right with me. I was finally brought into an exam room and was told that the doctor would be in momentarily. I waited another 20 minutes. I finally poked my head out the door and I saw the same young lady who told me the doctor would be right in and she said "oh she still in the other room with that patient. I'll tell her you are waiting". I think the Dr. took a another patient ahead of me that was came in after me. Yet I was told she was finished with that patient. Also if you are a new patient... they moved and are now facing Pines Boulevard. They still have a sign by Palm Avenue, which needs to be taken down. (I realize that's the landlord) They should have told me where the office was located. I tried calling the office but was having issues with my phone. I went in to a nearby office and was told that they moved.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Zeoli ! She is not even in my insurance network, but I go to her and pay out of pocket, because I would not see anyone else! She does a thorough exam, and even checks my scalp, behind my ears, between my toes, my back, legs, and everything for signs of skin cancer! I have been going there for yrs.

I have been seeing Dr. Zeoli for years, love her! My son sees Dr. Guitierez. My sons appt was at 10am this morning, we waited 50 minutes for Dr. Guitierez, had to walk out! It's his spring break so this was the only time I could bring him, made the appt weeks ago! No respect for patients time. I'm a medical professional myself and NEVER keep patients waiting... going to find another dermatologist, shame.

The doctor was over an hour behind and the receptionist claimed this happened frequently..... not to mention the office was not clean and the staff were extremely unprofessional and were having loud personal conversations for the whole waiting room to hear. The doctor was also sub par-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! The only positive thing was all the parking, but I clearly see the reason for that. I really hope this review stops someone from coming here.... they don’t deserve your business when they have such a disregard for their patients time and sense of professionalism

I have been seeing Katheryn Zeoli for years!! She is the best dermotolist ever!! My husband is very happy seeing her.I recommended a few friends and they are so happy with her. I highly recommend her.
