I had the most wonderful experience with Stephanie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. She took her time to explain everything about Dysport, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. The results are absolutely beautiful — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I still look like myself, just softer and more rested. I couldn’t be happier. Stephanie is professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and truly talented. I highly recommend her to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Villfanes was excellent! very informative and thorough in explaining my daughter’s diagnosis and what needed to be done after the visit. She was extremely kid friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable, which meant a lot since she is usually very shy. We had a great experience and highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. He is caring, kind and extremely thorough! He checks every freckle, mole and wart! He is OUTSTANDING!

Dr. Snyder immediately makes you feel comfortable by his calm manner and he explains everything pertinent to the visit in detail. The result of my past visits always exceeded my expectations, as did today’s. Excellent Dermatologist Drs available but the they are never on time for you appointment time. I have experienced waiting time from 45 minutes to more than one hour several times. I think they should program their Drs appointment scheduling and availability better. A wait of 15-20 min would be acceptable

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Quan Lee for many years and have always had great experiences with Dr. Lee and his PAs, they are wonderful and provide excellent care. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Pembroke Pines office was the worst front-desk experience I’ve had. The receptionist, Gretta, was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional — speaking to me without eye contact, giving poor advice to a new hire about handling patient calls because people are annoying when scheduling calls so to only provide two time slots to get the phone call faster, and even embarrassing another patient in front of everyone with her rudeness. It’s sad to see the customer service decline at a practice that has always provided such exceptional medical care. The doctors are amazing, but the front-desk experience at this location needs serious attention.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Snyder. He is very easy to talk to and listens to what your concerns are as a patient. Never have I left that Office unhappy. An amazing doctor.
