Ashlee Paknis, PA-C

My experience with Dr. Ashlee was great. It was my first time seeing a dermatologist and didn't know what to expect. I booked my appointment through zocdoc who did not confirm with the doctors office of my visit.. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Dr. Ashlee s assistant was a good listener and took good notes. Dr. Ashlee was well informed during our consultation she's very knowledgeable with great bedside manors. This was a wonderful experience.

I had an excellent experience here. Dr. Paknis is efficient but not rushed. She took the time to listen and explain everything but also had me in and out quickly. There was barely any wait time, and she took my concerns seriously. I have a lot of anxiety about Doctor visits, and I left knowing that I don’t have to worry the next time I have an appointment.

Staff was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They made sure to move things along so there wasn’t much of a wait time. Ashlee was very attentive and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do for my treatment.

My husband and I both saw Ashlee PA. She was so sweet and made you feel very comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly. The office was immaculate. I would definitely recommend

I had a rather disappointing experience with this office. I found Ashlee Paknis, PA-C was in network and scheduled an appointment at 4:00 pm the day before. I received an email at 12:18 pm informing me that my 1:30 pm appointment had been cancelled, just as I was on my way there. Upon calling to inquire, I found the receptionist to be less than friendly and unable to locate my appointment or any record of it. This left me puzzled, especially considering the cancellation notification I had just received. When I pressed for clarification, I was met with a series of excuses that seemed nonsensical. Despite being in transit to the office, I was informed that the earliest available appointment was on Monday. I found it odd that there were no openings for the remainder of the day, particularly since I had seen numerous available time slots when booking online the previous day at 4:00 pm. Ultimately, I opted not to reschedule for Monday and will be seeking alternative care for my skin cancer screening. The unprofessionalism of the situation left me questioning whether it was perhaps a blessing in disguise that my appointment was cancelled. Additionally, upon returning home, I decided to research Ashlee Paknis, PA-C further. I noticed several "5-star" reviews with no accompanying names, initials, or comments. This struck me as odd. Overall, my experience has left me feeling disappointed and compelled to seek care elsewhere.

I visited Ashlee Paknis to ask for skin care routine, she was professional and asked good cross questions regarding when it appears and suggested best skin care routine to follow. I felt a lil bit rushed and was not asked if I have any questions! Rest everything was fine well!

Went in over a month ago because I kept getting a weird blister on my bottom area that keeps coming back. Ashlee was actually super nice and they ran tests to see what was going on. No one from the office has returned my calls. They only answered me weeks ago saying ONE of the tests came back negative and that they would call me for the results of the other tests . It’s been over a month I’ve been trying to call you guys to see next steps on how to get rid of it. Now it’s worse and I have more blisters . Very disappointed.
