Initial visit was awesome. Pleasant staff at front desk. I had a number of issues that I needed answers for. The medical assistant that accessed me listened patiently, made eye contact the entire time and overall made me feel welcome. Dr. Latin was also pleasant and exhibited a caring demeanor. She addressed each of my concerns with an explanation for each and gave me treatable information. I will be returning the next day for surgery on my face and I feel confident that I will be in great hands. This experience far outweighed dermatology visits I’ve had before at other practices.

As a nurse practitioner who also works directly with patients, I found this location extremely disappointing, especially given the questionable 4.5-star rating. There is no sense of urgency, minimal customer service, and virtually no follow-up. I received little to no education, and the appointment felt rushed—barely 20 minutes from start to finish. The staff displays poor interpersonal skills, and it is nearly impossible to get a call back or reach anyone in the office. BUT staff will IMMEDIATELY let you know your "balance" the moment you walk in. This clinic has a significant need for improvement. I also required a prior authorization for a prescribed medication, and more than a week later, I am still waiting for both the MD and staff to address it. Unfortunately, I am now seeking a new dermatologist.

Texas Skin Center Dermatology is truly top-tier care. From the moment I walked in to see the doctor the staff made me feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and beautifully run — you can tell patient care is a true priority here. The dermatologist was not only knowledgeable but took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my treatment plan. I never felt rushed — just genuinely cared for. Whether you’re going in for something medical, cosmetic, or preventative, this is the kind of place where professionalism meets warmth, and results speak for themselves. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert skin care with heart.

The Healthcare providers took the time to understand my issues and concerns and I didnt feel rushed at all. They were knowledgeable and attentive.

Front desk customer service was amazing and Dr. Latin was such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel welcomed and she was so professional. Her assistant also made it a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Latin and will be back on a regular!

Always a nice and friendly atmosphere. Staff is excellent, Judith was so helpful in assisting me with a refill on my prescription as well as providing accommodations for my son's visit. Dr. Latin is very attentive and thorough, providing recommendations and treatments based on our concerns. Great place!!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Shiana and her nurse very professional, explains everthing completely. I am very comfortable with their treatment. The lady at the front desk was cheerful and helpful checking me in and making my next appointment.
