Elite Dermatology & Plastic Surgery

I saw Leah, one of their PAs today, and she was extremely efficient and very nice. We had a short discussion and she treated me promptly and provided a prescription. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My experience with Dr. Martin, who no longer works there, was great as well. They'll listen to your concerns and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this place!

Leah was great - explained things well, gave great advice, and offered samples to see what works best. The assistant whose name I don’t remember was LOVELY. She was super helpful and kind, seemed to get who I am. Excellent appointment today.

Office staff= Anything BUT Elite. Dr. Annie Chang is wonderful, but the office staff taking calls for appointments would give the most rude fast food workers a run for their money. I had to reschedule my follow up appointment 2 times due to my job being short staffed. Each time I called. I then had to reschedule a 3rd time & got so busy at work, I forgot to give them a call. So when I called with a date I KNOW I could make it, the 2 ladies I spoke with on the phone were EXTREMELY rude to me. They had the nastiest attitude on the phone with me. They both cut me off & tried talking over me when I was talking. Even if they were super busy etc., there is NO reason to treat customers that way. I have since found a dermatologist with PROFESSIONAL & POLITE office staff. I will be taking this complaint as high as I can. So if you like dealing with rude & unprofessional office staff while trying to simply make an appointment, this is the place for you!

Wonderful doctors office with the most friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Leah Smythe was easy to talk to and work with was able to help me out with my skin issues. Provided a lot of useful information to help resolve future flares of eczema. Highly recommend this doctors office!!!

This was my first appointment with Elite. I stopped by the office 4 or 5 days prior to see about insurance requirements. The office is beautiful and new built. The staff were super, very knowledgeable and polite. The appointment was made with Dr. Workman. She and her Tech were fantastic, they listened to my questions and allowed me to explain my history at length. Dr.Workman completed her exam and offered options. We decided on treatment and I am completely satisfied with the results. It only took a few minutes (painless) and they offered me a peice of candy for not acting up during the procedure. I have never been seen with such a quick turnaround time! I happened to be driving down Pearland Parkway when I saw this clinic and decided to stop in to ask about a growth on my nose. I walked in without an appointment, and they accepted my insurance on the spot. The staff quickly verified my information, I filled out a patient form, and within 10 minutes I was brought back to be seen. I met with the PA, was promptly evaluated, and given a treatment plan for a procedure to have the growth removed — all in under 30 minutes! The staff was super helpful, and the facility is absolutely beautiful. I’m extremely pleased with the care I received and will definitely be returning for any future skincare needs. Highly recommend this place!

Both the front desk and Dr. Smythe were very sweet and helpful, they made me feel welcome and comfortable while answering all my questions about my treatment plan. Highly recommend 👍🏼
