Atomic Dermatology & Medspa

The staff here is amazing, and makes me feel comfortable every time I walk in the office. They take any concerns seriously and answer any of my questions. I typically see Jessica and she is very knowledge and easy to talk to. If I have any skin concern or annoyance, she is happy to schedule an appointment and come to a solution. She was also the only provider that was able to help my eczema, I had been to several other doctors. I also did an IPL facial treatment at their med spa, and Jamie was awesome! She explained skincare options to me and was able to answer any questions that I had. I have had poor experiences at other dermatology offices, but never here! The staff truly does care about your health and wellbeing. So happy that I found this place!

Atomic dermatology has been with me through my toughest skin struggles. The doctor care is exceptional and they truly listen without judgement. The only downside of the clinic is the reception. Whether it’s over the phone or in person, I never feel welcomed and rarely am greeted. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt as I’ve worked customer service since the age of 16. Perhaps they are having a bad day. Yet, the negative experience is repeated under every interaction and starts my visit with discomfort.

Great experience ! I went in not feeling well , got an IV and amazing, I feel so much better literally almost immediately , 💯 highly recommend Vicki and the staff was also amazing , knowledgeable and helpful. 10 stars in my book

At first everything was going great , until we ran to a problem with my sons prescription its been more than 2 weeks that we have been trying to call and go look for the medical assistant and till this day shes never there the staff up front only tell me they will leave a msg but nothing seems to be done its very frustrating and will be looking somewhere else to treat my son. Communication here is very bad 👎🏻 Update: not to mention they called to old phone number that i never gave and i updated a new one for them, all i wanted was an update thats all , if only they knew how long it took me to get to a dermatologist they would understand how frustrating this was . They wrote the whole prescription wrong that was the problem , but now i see it was so hard for you guys to give me an update but very easy to reply on here😳😳 also i would not like to be seen here it was my decision to stop going and stop insisting not yours but thank you for your feedback🙏🏻

I waited over 35 minutes for my appointment. While waiting, I could hear the receptionist and assistants talking about other clients. The medical assistant who brought me to the room must have had a rough day; she seemed annoyed at every answer I gave. The doctor was kind and provided what I needed and provided some tips.

Vicki is amazing, I just love her as my dermatologist and everyone there are SO nice
