Devon the receptionist was so friendly and she sensed how worried I was about my mole and did everything that she could to get me in that same day. The office is super nice and clean. Dr. Wong and her team are extremely knowledgable and skilled at what they do. I've been a patient of Dr. Wong's for many years, and she has always taken the time to ensure I'm well informed on the care I'm receiving, and as comfortable as possible. She is particularly considerate when it comes to pain management for procedures, and goes above and beyond to make sure that laser treatments are as painless as possible. Other things to note: - Her team is very thorough and prompt with instructions and reminders. - Her office is conveniently located in downtown Palo Alto (and has its own parking!).
