In preparation for a recent family wedding, I booked a Hydrafacial with Colleen - one of my favorite treatments with my absolute favorite esthetician! Not only is the experience incredibly relaxing under her skillful hands, but Colleen is also a wealth of knowledge. I always leave our appointments feeling both refreshed and more informed about how to care for my skin. You can imagine my joy when the wedding photographer commented on my glowing skin - from across the room! The clinic itself is as impressive as the team. It's beautifully designed, warm, and welcoming, with a curated selection of professional-grade skincare products displayed in the lobby. Every visit feels like the perfect balance of expert care and luxury experience. I can't recommend the IO Clinic enough. If you're serious about your skin and want to see real, lasting results - this is the place to go!

I can't say enough about how great Dr. P and the team at L&P are. From the initial consultation to the pre-op instructions, post op care recommendations and the IO Clinic. Highly recommend L&P to anyone thinking of some cosmetic rejuvenation. It is a challenge with all the providers out there but gosh you won't be disappointed with the team at L&P!

They require a consultation before any service, so I scheduled one and had to fill out all their forms prior to it. I set time aside at the scheduled time, and after 15 mins of waiting for the call, I decided to call them. The front desk said the consultant was running late. I ask how late. She said could be another 30 mins and if I wanted to cancel. So they were going to call me 45 after the scheduled time, with no update until I reached out to them. I understand running behind 5-10 mins, but 45 with no update is not respectful

Colleen gave an amazing Exfoliate and Hydrate facial. She was kind, warm and professional. I left glowing and relaxed and can't wait to come back

I had a facial with Melissa and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about all the products that would be useful for my skin, but she completely turned my skin around. My skin has been glowing ever since and with her recommendations I haven’t had any acne breakouts and my fine lines have disappeared. I also go to Ellie for my Botox! She’s also very knowledgeable about placement and how many units. I love that I still have eyebrow movement and everyone compliments my skin and how youthful my face looks. LOVE THIS PLACE!
