I absolutely love getting laser hair removal with Ginger. She is so knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process during my consult so I felt really comfortable during my first treatment. Can’t recommend her enough!

I had such an incredible experience with L&P Aesthetics in Palo Alto. I‘m a 50 year old male that was looking do some "touch ups" to feel a bit more refreshed. I got ultherapy, botox and some filler. I worked with Sunny who not only made me feel at ease but understood & explained how to work with a male face. I felt like I was working with a sculptor. I was able to ask all the questions I had and I never felt any pressure to do more than I wanted to do. That staff were all courteous and the space is serene. I walked out feeling great and looking forward to getting more touch ups in the future!

I had a Botox appointment with Dr. Krystal, and that part went smoothly with no issues. During the consultation, she also suggested under-eye filler to improve the appearance in that area and showed me some photos of what the results could look like. However, after going through the under-eye filler procedure—which was quite painful—I was disappointed with the results. The outcome was asymmetrical and didn’t look like the photos that were shown to me beforehand. When I raised my concerns, the manager was brought in and offered me a discount for a second round of injections, but the main issue of asymmetry wasn’t properly addressed. I also wish they had clearly explained before the procedure that more CCs might be needed to achieve the desired result. Instead, the focus seemed to be more on offering a discount rather than ensuring I was happy with the quality of the work. This clinic is on the pricier side compared to others, which I don’t mind if the results and professionalism match the price. For me, quality and professionalism matter much more than cost, and I didn’t feel fully confident or satisfied with how things were handled after the procedure.

I’ve waited a LONG time to see Kelsey, and she was DEFINITELY worth the wait! I’m extremely picky on who I let touch my face, and she did not disappoint. I appreciate her professionalism, her experience, and her candor. As someone who also injects, I know all of the possible complications, but Kelsey’s technique is spot on; she is safe with her mapping, deliberate in her placement, and the end result was me but better, smoother, rejuvenated!

Kelsey is truly the best! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She’s very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns while giving me honest guidance. She went the extra mile to make sure I left happy, and my face looks amazing. The Premier office is super clean and relaxing, too. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Sunny is both beautiful and knowledgeable. Both of us, my adult daughter and I, were impressed with Sunny’s vast knowledge in what she does and her competent skill: fast and no pain or blood bleeding performing Botox on both of us! We was so patient and kind answering all our questions! We ended up sing up a package of 3 Microderm with serum injection to help with her acne and scars besides Botox! My crow lines at the end of my eyes when laughing started to disappear soon after the procedure! amazing!!!
