I can't say enough good things about my experiences at La Nouvelle! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the serene atmosphere and friendly staff. My go-to esthetician is Stacy and she is simply amazing! I've been getting micro-needling and hair removal done with her, and the results have been fantastic! Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process, making sure I'm comfortable every step of the way. She has a gentle touch and always tailors each treatment to my skin type and needs. I love how Stacy genuinely cares about her clients and their skin health. She checks in regularly to see how my skin is responding and offers personalized skincare tips. Each appointment feels like a mini self-care retreat! I recently had Botox ( w/Nurse Stacy ) and a surgical procedure (Dr. Hanna) done, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The team took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer my questions, and ensure I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Hanna and Nurse Stacey are masterminds of what they do ! My results look natural and refreshed, exactly what I wanted ! He and the spa have given me so much confidence ! If you’re considering any cosmetic treatments, this is the place to go. This review is for the doctor in charge of the pellet hormone therapy, not the staff or other cosmetic procedures. The doctor was totally out of touch and clueless. He didn’t listen to a word I said, just spent 15 minutes talking nonsense. I’m not discriminating by generation, but boomer doctors really should consider retirement. At this point, they’re more of a danger than a help. If you are looking for the Biote therapy keep looking elsewhere he’s a total waste of time and I wouldn’t trust him putting anything in my body

Registered nurse Stacy was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect and didn’t try and just up sale. Certain treatments I wasn’t a candidate for. She also did my Botox and I am really happy with my results!! I’ll be back with my sister for my skin treatments.
