I recently had an appointment at Fox Valley Dermatology in Oshkosh and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The dermatologist, Dr.McDonald was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They listened carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions without rushing, and provided treatment options that felt personalized to my needs. I especially valued how approachable and knowledgeable they were—it made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and ran smoothly from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the care I received and with a clear plan for next steps. This clinic’s positive reviews were what caught my attention. It can take several months to get an appointment at any dermatology clinic and with my situation, I was quite pleased to be seen far earlier than December. My first ever dermatology appointment went exceedingly well. Heather, the A.P., was very professional, thorough, and personable. She explained everything that would happen during my procedure and exactly what to expect. If you’re in doubt about any suspicious spots or sun damage, don’t hesitate to make the appointment.

First visit. Very clean facilities. Staff were helpful, available and friendly. Doctor McDonald was professional, calm and explained issues very well. Overall treatment was respectful and calm.

If I could give a zero I would. It took 7 months just to get in only for yhe doctor to shake the bottom of my hair and not actually look at the scalp. Also paperwork they were suppose to send never got to mess I had to finish before I could even leave. Would definitely not recommend them!!!
