I felt comfortable with both women. I like how they have me in their best interest and work with my insurance to get meds covered.

Interim physician to fill in during busy time and he was great. I have had multiple Mohs procedures and this was easily the best. An advantage of dealing with a large practice which can fill in staffing gaps as needed. Of course the support staff, RN’s, etc are always great.

It's alright. They checked my moles, my experience with the PA was fine. My issue was after the visit I waited a month and nobody called to tell me if I have cancer. I had to call them and beg for lab results. They also outsource their billing to India. So if you call with a billing question, good luck understanding the guy on the other end

Billing is a nightmare at this business. They requested payment at time of service, which I fully expected. However, when I got my EOB from the insurance they had paid the bill in full. When I called to inquire about a refund, I was told a check was sent a month and a half ago and to wait to see if it comes in the mail. I know UPS is slow but 6 weeks from the date it was sent to arrive seems extra long. To top it off, you can hardly understand their billing personal. Very thick accents! Making it difficult to fully resolve issues. I won’t be returning, seems like you pay upfront and they keep your money after your insurance also pays them in full!

Dr was straight to the point, knowledgeable and helpful. Great service at the front desk also.

Addy did two biopsies a froze several precancerous spots she was thorough and did all my procedures in short time and all was explained to prior to anything happening overall excellent care

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Staff was very friendly. While I was there, I had several precancerous spots frozen and one had to biopsy. Totally painless. My doctor answered all of my questions and what to expect gaining forward.
