I have no details about this place to share. I just don’t think they are too smart. This whole last week, I have been getting texts reminding me of my appointment. I was addressed as Allen in these texts. Uh my name isn’t Allen, and I don’t have an upcoming appointment. I didn’t blame the business as Allen either gave them the wrong phone number or someone made the honest mistake of typing his number in incorrectly. So, I called and left a voicemail explaining they had the wrong number and to stop contacting me. And then this morning, I got more texts asking me to check in for my appointment. What part of my voicemail did this clinic not understand?

This was my first visit to this clinic. I chose this practice as I saw several great reviews on our community pages while searching for a new dermatologist. I was able to book online, get in quickly, and found the whole process to be very user-friendly. They texted me appointment reminders and an insurance estimate before my appointment date. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, and the exam room itself was very clean. Nicole and Emilie made me feel safe and comfortable and listened to every concern I brought up. I felt heard, and confident I was receiving great care. I booked my next appointment right away before I left today, and would highly recommend this office.

My first visit with Dr. Garvey was impressive. I scheduled with her seeking a second opinion on receiving a prior diagnosis from another dermatologist that I just didn’t feel was correct. Dr. Garvey thoroughly listened to my concerns, genuinely cared, and was honest with her diagnosis while compassionate about my situation. After performing a thorough examination, she shared her recommendations, and asked to see me back in 2 months to see my progress and to make further observations/diagnosis at that time. I really appreciated that honesty because I felt the dermatologist that gave me the prior diagnosis just quickly labeled all of my dermatologic concerns with a broad diagnoses requiring very expensive biologic medication. Dr. Garvey wasn’t afraid to say while she thought the prior diagnosis could apply to some of what she was seeing, she felt some of my other symptoms were unrelated in her opinion. Thanks to her advice, which confirmed my gut feeling about the prior diagnosis, I am delaying starting the biologic at least until she sees me again to further determine what conditions I’m dealing with. The only negative about my visit was she seemed rushed coming in to the exam room from a previous appointment and rushed to leave for her next appt. Since I had to wait just over 2 months to be seen as a new patient, I was disappointed at my visit being somewhat rushed. But I realize she is a popular dermatologist that a lot of patients go to because of her good reputation and expertise and I am one of them. 😉 So I am just grateful overall.

Nicole was so personable and professional. It was an excellent experience. Her MA was equally as good!I’d like to add the front desk gal that checked me in was also very nice!

Dr. Maloney is amazing! She has the best bedside manner. She is compassionate, inquisitive, thorough, and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found her!

Excellent clinic, very efficient in spite of being very busy. Dr. Maloney is wonderful, kind and knowledgeable . Olivia who was assisting her was great too. Highly recommend!

My son had an apt at the Oconomowoc location. It was easy to get to and easy to find. The apt went like clock work, fast, friendly, and efficient. Nichole the Physian Assistant is extremely through and kind. Couldn't ask for a better care, she is the best.
