My first time here as a visitor. One of my family members had a stroke, it's a scary moment that happened to our family. The nurses and doctors here are very friendly, thoughtful and caring. We were here for a week, my family member had to see the speech therapist, occupational therapist and physical therapist. It was a wake up call, but we had a great experience all the way to when my family member was discharged and wheelchair out. Highly appreciated all the physicians and nurses here, day and night, they showed how much they cared! 👏

I had the best experience with Dr Dixon. He provided excellent insight on the procedure I was having done. He helped me to weigh my options and let me know the potential risks. He even helped me to find the most cost effective option to fit my budget. I really appreciate Dr.Dixon and the procedure he completed has vastly improved my quality of life.

During the visit, the doctor Rebecca U Margulies MD was professional, attentive, and respectful throughout. She asked the right questions, explained things clearly, and conducted the examination very gently. I felt genuinely cared for and comfortable, which made a big difference during a sensitive and vulnerable time. I truly appreciate her professionalism and compassionate approach, and I’m grateful for the quality of care I received.

I was very impressed with Dr. Chan; she was extremely thorough, deeply knowledgeable, listened to my questions and concerns, and clearly explained how to remedy my vision/contact lens issues. Because she was all business and very professional, i was confident that I was in good hands during my visit. Very pleased with the outcome as well. In fact, over the years I have been very pleased with the Kaiser optometry department.

The Cardiac team with whom I spent the hours of 8am to about 2pm were excellent. I observed their teamwork - it was tremendous! A happy, competent place. And my new pacemaker is working as advertised. My surgeon was top notch, and the team of nurses and specialists were all kind, smart and far as I could tell very good at their jobs.

In my opinion, Dr. Shaw is an incredibly valued member of the Kaiser orthopedic team. She takes the time to understand my concerns and explains treatment options thoroughly. Her dedication to health and wellness is evident in her disposition, and she continually makes me feel completely at ease during my visits. Dr. Shaw demonstrates a level of patience and active listening, while clearly caring about patients long-term wellness, I'd highly recommend Dr. Shaw for anyone needing orthopedic care.

The employees are all so thoughtful and kind in the head and neck dept. Dr. Moon had been taking care of me since 2022 and at reach appt. she shows how much she cares.
