I really wish I had checked the reviews before scheduling my appointment, because everything people mentioned was spot-on. From the moment I walked through the door, something felt off. The receptionists didn’t greet me, didn’t look up, didn’t acknowledge me at all. And when they finally did speak, it was flat, cold, and completely uninviting. It’s hard to describe how uncomfortable it feels to walk into a medical office already anxious about your skin and be met with that kind of energy. My experience with Dr. Harvey was even worse. I’ve never felt so invalidated by a provider. When I tried to explain my concerns, she spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if my worries were insignificant or exaggerated. And when I expressed that I didn’t feel heard, she brushed it off completely. I’ve been seen by her twice, thinking maybe the first visit was just an off day, but no, the same cold, dismissive behavior happened again. That’s when I realized: this is simply how she treats patients. They also require your copay at the door, which is fine, but there is absolutely no grace period for being even one minute late, no matter the circumstances. That lack of humanity in their policies perfectly reflects the lack of empathy I felt from the staff overall. I rarely write reviews, but this experience left me emotional, disappointed, and honestly a little shaken. I share this so others don’t have to go through the same thing. If you’re looking for care from people who actually listen, respect you, and treat you with compassion, this is not the place.

Office was clean and welcoming! The entire team is super kind and they even called me to try and schedule me in earlier than planned due to a cancellation. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and got me checked in quickly and efficiently. Dr. Harvey was very welcoming and professional; she sat and talked with me about any concerns I had and I felt like I was her #1 priority! I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

The receptionist was so rude that I didn’t even bother to schedule an appointment here. She had an attitude from the beginning of the phone call. I had said that a referral had been sent and that I was returning their call to schedule an appointment. Her response was "All I needed was your last name and birthday" with a scoff at the end. That’s just one example… at the start of the call.

The first appointment I had with Dr. Harvey went very well and I was looking forward to my follow up to discuss the next steps . The appointment I have coming up has been scheduled for 6 months and I get a call from a very nice young lady expressing a scheduling error . Which initially I thought was something simple but instead they needed to put me with another provider and move my appointment from the middle of April until June . It shows lack of understanding, communication, compassion and value for patients time and medical needs. I am very disappointed and as a result will be finding a providers office .

Wanted to see Dr. Harvey and team because of the wonderful reviews. I submitted an online appt request listing the reason for my visit. On the day of the appt, the office left a voicemail stating the office was closing early and requesting I leave a voicemail with the reason for my visit. Understandable - no biggie. I left a voicemail detailing the reason for my visit. [Redacted] returned my call asking again for the reason for my visit then curtly states that the first available appointment is in August. When I ask about the appointments online she sounded annoyed and dryly restated the availability. The front desk helps create the patient experience. Vibes are off - I’m good.

HORRIBLE! Worst service I have ever experienced. DO NOT COME TO THIS PRACTICE!! My son had an appointment scheduled for the end of this month, received a text message that the appointment was cancelled due to staffing issues. When my call was returned to reschedule the young lady was rude, impolite, curt, short and very unprofessional. She kept cutting me off and repeating my questions. The next appointment offered for my son was March 2026. I was told to call weekly for cancellations. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

My daughter had her first appointment here with Physicians Assistant, Madison Scott. We had such a wonderful experience!! PA-C Madison was exceptionally professional and answered all of our questions in reference to my daughter’s skin care. The front office staff was also very nice as well!
