Want to start off by saying it takes a lot for me to want to write a negative review. I called for a consultation and I received the rudest reception from the woman that answered the phone. I asked if the practice accepted any form of financing like CareCredit and she said yes but nobody uses it in a snippy condescending tone. I understand what part of town this is in but still there are ppl who have a need to use financing. From that experience I was completely turned off from coming to this practice. Not gonna lie I felt offended and like I wasn’t welcome at this practice cause I wanted to use financing. This review in no way is a reflection on the doctor or other medical staff. The doctor could be the absolute best but I’ll unfortunately never know due to my experience with the front desk. I’ve since found another provider that accepts financing and offers the same services.

Just got the Xerf treatment with Alvina and it felt like a hot stone massage. I see immediate firming in my face and I can’t wait for the next session. Alvina is the BEST!!

Alvina is THE best!!!! She is so thorough and skilled, and takes excellent care of my skin. I have been going to her for about three years and I am consistently impressed. Kennya, who manages the office, is so helpful and responsive. Five stars all around.

I appreciate how well she explains my treatment options and the reasoning behind her recommendations, ensuring I have all the information to make the best decisions for myself. Dr. Shah is my favorite dermatologist in the whole city and whole country, for that matter. She is very professional, knowledgeable and her work is never painful and always tasteful. I’ve seen her for both health and cosmetic reasons and am lucky to have her part of my care team.

The Doctor was very nice and answered all our questions very patiently. She explained to me about the procedure, and also discussed other options that may be available outside the country, to treat my particular condition. The front office staff was also very nice. They were expecting us, and were ready when we arrived. There was absolutely no waiting and the Doctor and staff dedicated their time to me. Overall, my first visit was very pleasant and I am very satisfied. Looking forward to my follow up in September.

Dr. Shah is amazing! She’s attentive, answered all my questions, explained thoroughly the process and what to expect! I went for tattoo removal and had a super pleasant experience, she numbs the area so the laser doesn’t feel painful. I highly recommend her!
