I do not recommend their $50 facial, here’s why: - said treatment is performed on the lowest setting, basically just "warming" the skin - you have to subscribe for more sessions, otherwise you won’t see any results - their consultation is just really a quick look at your skin and prescribing a plan of alternating between their two existing lasers on high setting (to notice results) - if you subscribe, it’s $250/month (tip is not included) and the minimum commitment is 4 (!) months That said, if you have never done any laser treatments before and just wanna get a peek of their clinic and equipment before subscribing long term, then go for it. Otherwise, don’t waste your time and money, if you’re not ready to commit to a subscription later on. The clinic itself is clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, polite and not pushy at all. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything and they explained their programs very clearly. I might consider going back in the future, if I have more serious skin concerns that I want to address.

Just had a laser facial with Cassandra, and she was amazing! Super chill, really knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Definitely feeling good about my skin already, and I can't wait to see the results! Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about trying it out.

My first time doing the resurfacing facial! It definitely burns 😅 but I could feel my skin tightening right away. Stay tuned for the results. The nurse was amazing and explained everything about the treatment so clearly.

I had a disappointing experience at Skin Laundry on 54th Street. I arrived early for my appointment, but they were running about 20 minutes late. They had scheduled what was supposed to be a consultation, which never actually happened — they later told me that taking my photo in the waiting area counted as the "consultation." No one explained the treatment process or what to expect; when I asked questions, I was told it was "pretty self-explanatory." During the laser session, the nurse practitioner was pleasant, but the treatment itself felt very minimal — the settings were clearly very light, and I noticed no difference afterward. It’s frustrating that they advertise a first-time appointment deal but don’t seem to deliver a meaningful experience. Afterward, they tried to upsell me on memberships and packages, with tipping added on top. Overall, it felt rushed, impersonal, and not worth the hype or cost.
