Great doctors, great staff! No long waits, someone is always available to see you within a few days at the most, sometimes same day. And I love being in the Village! I’ve even gone to Brooklyn office if the doctor I need is there and I don’t want to wait. Infinitely better than going to one of the big NYC hospitals. SINY has a human answering the phone and the human is in the office!! Amazing!

I cannot recommend SINY Dermatology highly enough! Dr. Jessica Dowling is a great doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The support staff is top-notch. They are organized, friendly, and clearly care about the patient experience. If you’re looking for a dermatology practice that prioritizes both clinical excellence and great customer service, this is the place to go!

Dr. Dowling was incredibly thorough and kind. I’ve been searching for a dermatologist who is both honest and genuinely caring, and she exceeded my expectations. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and never pushed anything on me, which I really appreciated. I’m so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be recommending her to friends and family.

I went yesterday for the first time and met with Dr. McGhee and had a great experience. She really listened to all my concerns and helped me find a perfect routine to combat the acne issues I’m still experiencing in my 30s.

I visited the office in late July for a consultation. I informed the office during my visit that I was only responsible for my copay, but they insisted on charging me my deductible. After my insurance claim was finalized, it was clear I had been overcharged. Despite multiple attempts to contact the billing department, I never received a refund or any clear communication. I’ve also seen other users leave similar reviews, so people should be aware of potential billing issues before visiting.

Had a great experience. Check in was super easy and everyone was very kind. Love having a place in the west village that trustworthy and kind!
