Absolutely love coming here! When I found out NYDG was expanding to the Wellness Center I became very excited and it has met all of my expectations so far! The Susanne Kaufmann Transformative Facial which is completely customized to your skin is a must try! I always come out looking radiant and feeling fabulous! Along with the cryotherapy sauna after some intense work outs I've had which is great for muscle recovery, can't seem to get enough of this place!

Used to be good. Now not so. Customer service, zero.When I call it is because it is at a time that suits me and I can talk and discuss my needs. Why should I be told my an automated message that I will be called back at a time that suits the business. Maybe i am unavailable at that time. I thought I was the customer. In addition, the billing department seems to have huge issues. I have received 2 emails telling me i owe money only to show the receptionist proof of payment from my bank account . I wonder whose fabulous idea it was to automate everything. I would have thought that a 5th avenue location would be a little more attentive than putting people on hold for 10 plus minutes. Quite disrespectful really

In addition to being an exceptional physician, Dr Colbert is warm and reassuring… with a wonderful sense of humor. This is the only doctor I actually enjoy going to!!
