I went to several dermatologists and Dr. Peter Chien is the most outstanding doctor I visited so far, very professional. He gave the most thorough diagnostic. He asked very specific questions in a systematic way throughout the visit before he came up with a treatment plan. He carry himself in a kind & polite way, making sure I felt comfortable around him.

Great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The dermatologist took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all my questions with patience and care. The clinic itself was clean and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

I dont leave reviews because i dont want someone to read it and then have a different experience but i can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chien with no worry. He is knowledgeable and listens and is just really nice. Youll be glad you went to him.

Highly recommend Lumos - I've been a patient here for several years and every visit has been a positive experience. Reception is professional, responsive and accommodating. Office is small but well-kept, clean and organized. Dr. Chien is friendly and very knowledgeable, he doesn't rush you and ensures all questions are answered before leaving.

Had a Saturday appointment which was a nice alternative option. Check-in, appointment and my procedure all went smoothly. Staff and doctor were all professional and friendly. As a new patient, I had sufficient time spent to go over history and for any questions I had after the doctor's review and recommendations.

Dr. Chien is great! I've seen a couple of dermas over the years for a condition, and he was the first to recommend trying a couple of treatments that no one else had even mentioned to me. The gal at the front desk is super sweet, I had little to no wait time, and Dr. Chien was an excellent listener, detailed in his explanations, he answered questions I hadn't thought to ask yet and the ones I did. He's cheerful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. chien and his office!
