I had such a great experience! Everything was explained clearly which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. Jane was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. We had a lovely conversation, and the whole appointment felt warm and welcoming. Nothing felt rushed and the no part of the facial was uncomfortable. I especially appreciated how she incorporated different techniques and tools throughout the facial, it felt customized and very intentional. My skin was super hydrated afterward and had such a nice glow. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!

Jane is such an incredible esthetician - I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We did nanoneedling, red light therapy and a gentle chemical peel and I left her studio glowing. She was so knowledgeable about skincare and also gave me great product recommendations. Her studio is comfortable and spotless and I felt so taken care of. Received the Luxe Skin Renewal Facial with Jane. It was a great experience and my skin feels refresh and even. Jane was both very personal and professional. She explained each treatment and the purpose, while maintaining a tranquil atmosphere. Also, she used a lot of newer techniques and equipment based on my experience. Her studio is in Manhattan on 29th Street, just a short walk from Koreatown, so it was super convenient to get to. I did the Collagen Glow Repair facial, and I could honestly see and feel a difference the next day. My skin looked brighter, felt smoother, and I even noticed some pigmentation starting to fade. Jane made me feel really comfortable, explained everything, and customized the treatment for my skin. Already looking forward to my next session!

Jane is a gem of a find for facials. She works completely independently, so she’s not trying to upsell you on packages or products. She takes her time to evaluate your skin and recommend a variety of treatments tailored to your specific needs. And every treatment she recommends is something truly effective, not just surface level. She cares about her clients and wants them to have both a pleasant experience in her studio as well as genuine long term results from her work. I walked out of my appointment glowing, and all for a significantly more reasonable price (and personalized experience) than I would get at a franchised facial store.
