The Face Shop is officially my new go to for skin care products! I'm fairly new to the world of Korean skincare and walked in with tons of online research of products I wanted to try. There was one person working the floor that Saturday morning (I wish I would have gotten her name!) and she greeted us the moment we walked in. It's not a huge store, but they have a HUGE selection! She let us explore the store a bit before asking if I was looking for anything in particular. I came prepared with screenshots of products I wanted to try and questions regarding their function for my skin type, she was so patient and kind with me! She was able to explain the function and popularity of each product I had in mind as well as recommend other products for my skin/hair concerns! I walked out that day with a bag full of products and a few samples of other products to try. If you're in the Bellaire area or are looking for a Korean skin care location, I definitely recommend stopping by here!

Cute little shop! They mainly sell skincare products but they also have a small selection of body wash, lotion, hand cream, perfume/body mist, and lip care products. Upon walking in I was greeted by a friendly staff that assisted me with what I was looking for. They have a good selection of trending Korean skin care products and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely come back!

I like this store. I think it's a good place to get Korean makeup and skincare. Keep in mind when buying Korean makeup that they are geared towards a more natural look, so if you're looking for some highly pigmented makeup you're not going to find it here. The staff here are helpful and friendly. I think the only issue with this place is the parking.

This is my first review ever. I was looking forward to this shop, because there's no face shop where I live. The sales associates didn't really care to help. They seemed like they didn't want to be there. I needed help applying cc powder, but I ended up having to do it myself. I am new to makeup, so I was terribly disappointed with the customer service. I'm sorry to say I wouldn't recommend this store to any of my friends or family. God bless you! Please appreciate your customers!

The sweet girl with the short hair is a gem! She is so helpful & sweet. I’ve been using products from here to help with my acne and it always delivers. Must have patience to find the right product but it has worked for me. Prices have gone up.. but I still enjoy shopping here. There’s a rewards program so I usually rack up enough points to use them.

My first time there was great. The customer service was great as well, the young lady worked with me and answered all the questions I had and gave me some advice on what products to choose. I do wish that those people that left negative reviews give it a second chance, shouldn't judge the store or the other workers there based on one bad experience. I will definitely visit this place again! 😀

Lovely customer service. They have a lot of cute things and found all the items I needed marked at a very reasonable price. They also gave me lots of samples and asked to sign up for a rewards card. Sales people aren't annoying like other stores but are very polite and always happy to answer questions.
