I can’t recommend Sydney enough! She truly takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and makes me feel completely comfortable at every visit. Her care is thoughtful, thorough, and genuine. A 10/10 experience—I would recommend her to anyone looking for skin care needs!

Advanced dermatology has helped my skin so much. I love Dr. Kim. He’s definitely a part of an amazing staff and all the receptionist are very kind. I give them all five stars.

I have been a patient here for a few years. I have found my provider to be a little rushed during visits but kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk receptionist is unprofessional and rude. They recently changed they're credit card system and started charging a fee for using a card, which is fine, the issue is they didn't have the foresight to notify patients ahead of time. I was told upon arrival. I didn't want to pay an additional fee and asked to be billed. She was incredibly rude - "You don't have a debit card?" I explained I didn't have one on me. She loudly says "So what do you want to do, you want to go get it, get cash from the bank, reschedule?" As she rolls her eyes. I proceeded to explain why this was not possible and ask to be billed the copay, she refused. I asked for the office manager and she said she's out and got on the phone to ask someone for permission to bill. She never told me what she was going to do. She didn't tell the person on the phone the full story but as any intelligent person would whoever was on that call told her it was fine to bill me. Then she told me to take a seat, never explaining herself or apologizing for the unnecessary back and forth. It was all so unnecessary. I was there as a patient, terrified and anxious about a condition caused after I had a procedure there and she's going back and forth with me over a copay, with nasty nonverbals. Medical offices require staff with emotional intelligence and empathy. She displayed neither. I imagine how she might treat those who don't advocate for themselves. They must do better.

My first visit was great! Great dermatologist and skin care recommendations. I was seen right away. Also, my prescription was hand delivered to my door the same day. Now this is great service!

One of the best (maybe THE best) doctor's appt I've ever been to! The whole team is so kind, knowledgeable, and took their time to really hear me and help me. No questions asked see Dr. Kahn or Sydney!

Dr. Karp was efficient, thorough and professional. No wait and booking the appointment was effortless. Happy to have found this practice.

I rate my experience as 10 out of 10. The staff is exceptional. Ashmani seemingly know everything (how to resolve issues; the answers to questions; etc.) is is very attentive, welcoming and kind. Dr. Kahn is the best; the best.
