The Dermatology Specialists - New Rochelle

I must leave this review.. Dr. Levitt was exceptional. He made me feel very comfortable with his diagnosis. This man is truly a gem. He took his time and schooled me. He's the BEST dermatologist I have encountered. Super excited to have went to see him!😀

Dr. Yousefi is amazing. She really cares about her patients, and has excellent bedside manner. I’m confident in my skin care because of her. The staff is friendly and warm. Not a long wait to be seen.

I had my first appointment today! The staff was polite, the office smells like heaven, and the doctor was polite and knew their stuff! My new routine is simple and I am excited to begin my journey with The Dermatology Specialists.

I made an appointment and till last minute I am getting reminder for my appointment. When I reach there I am told Dr. Is not available today. I dont understand what kind of service is that. I was not informed about this change before hand. This is not patient care. And later when I get a call the other day asking me about canceled appointment and when I share about the situation, there was no apology and just straight question for new appointment with no warmth. If this is how patients are treated here, no thank you.
