Dr. Loftis and her staff are amazing! She is extremely thorough during skin checks and takes time to listen to all your concerns. She is very caring, easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her and have sent my family to her! Added benefit that she does great cosmetic work 🙂

So frustrated! I was asked to come back multiple times stating it was needed for insurance. Second visit was to take a sticker sample that didn't get cells the first visit yet they billed my insurance a second time. MD was not even in the office! When I asked why I was told it was an error. I came back a third time for a scrape biopsy so it was a separate procedure than the exam and was to be covered by my insurance (in network). Then Dr Loftis decided only 1% chance of cancer so she would just smooth the skin in the area and have me monitor it. No mention of the $250 charge. On insurance billing, the $250 covers 1-14 regions, yet she did not address any of my other concerns and wonders why I'm contesting the charges?! As a Doctor myself, these billing strategies are unethical. There was no informed consent. Now she's sending bills to my work! I've called before posting and I've only had staff tell me the only way to remove is to pay. I am posting here so others are more informed and I will now send a complaint to the Board and the Department of Insurance. Dr Loftis is too engaged in her iPad to address patient concerns and practice ethical billing and informed consent.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Brent Loftis and she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She is very understanding and knowledgeable. My previous dermatologist retired and I find it hard to build a relationship with a new doctor and I very happy to have found her.

Dr. Loftis is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to accurately assess your problems and address them thoughtfully. I took my son to her as well as myself and she was able to rapidly resolve both of our issues. I also asked her for help with anti-aging and she took the time to look up the ingredients in my cosmetics and advise me on what was working and not working for my skin. Since I have started using her formulations my skin has looked amazing. My mother noticed the difference right away without my prompting her. In all, I have had a great experience with Dr. Loftis and especially appreciate her beautiful space and courteous staff as well.

Dr. Loftis is one of the few that takes her time to explain things and is very thorough with her examinations. One of her nurses came on a Sunday to take off my stiches! I will definitely come back and can recommend her to all of my friends. Thank you

I was referred to Dr; Loftis by a medical professional, and my goal was to have an all-body check as I used to work in the sun year round. I called her office before scheduling to make sure she accepted my insurance as I had already met my deductible for the year. Her office staff confirmed that they did in fact accept my insurance. I proceeded to schedule an appointment. Once I arrive the office the waiting room was empty, but I sat there for at least 30 minutes prior to going in the exam room. I then sat another 15 in the exam room prior to the doctor's arrival. Upon her arrival I found her to be very charming and chatty and apologetic for the long wait. She did the quick body check, and proceeded with her up-sell of anti aging face products. I did not contact her office for anti aging face products, so I was surprised. She pushed quite hard for me to purchase the face products, to which I said "no thank you." All that would have been fine and good, and I might have used her again for this year's body check, but her office billed me for the appointment. I called to say that there must be a mistake as I had called beforehand to confirm that they took my insurance. The woman on the phone told me that they did in fact take my insurance, but they didn't work with my group. I have given Dr. Loftis' office quite a few opportunities to correct this situation. Due to this succession of missteps I cannot recommend her dermatological services.
