Solano Dermatology Associates Napa

I was left waiting for over an hour just to get a consultation that lasted 5 minutes. The doctor clearly didn't even look over my chart before entering the room. I left there with no more information than I had come in with. The staff wasn't even competent enough to take my consult fee while I was waiting and then had the audacity to hound me for it over the phone the next day. I sent a check that they somehow lost and I'm left sending it again. This place is garbage. Do yourselves a favor and don't even waste your time.

I was really wonderfully surprised by the professionalism, care, patience and knowledge of Lauren (P/A) and Maddie (Medical assistant to Lauren). Both of whom went BEYOND the normal standards I'm so use to in the medical field. Maddie who took care of the initial intake, asked all the right questions and more, researched past visits to ensure she had the correct info, printed out test results without my asking, to hand me. Lauren listened attentatively, reviewed the case the night before, explained diagnosis and provided various options with implications to ensure I had all information before proceeding. What was even more so important is the kindness they showed my mother, who has Alzheimers. If only other professionals followed their examples. Even better, let's just clone them.

Dr. Aaronson is always professional-- as well as her incredible staff. Her office is clean and inviting. She always takes the time to really listen and does a full check before making any suggestions or prescribing. Dr. Aaronson also does a lot for the community so it feels good supporting a local business who does so much for the locals in Napa.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Aronson for many years (me personally 7 years). She is simply the best. An incredible artisan of her craft, a fantastic listener, a compassionate soul, a true professional and smarter than hell. She has taken these years to not just treat us as patients, but also get to know us as friends - always taking the time to ask about our work, travels and families. Above and beyond. I’ve also witnessed throughout the years Dr. Aronson teaching future Dermatologists as they shadow her during my visits. They all love her, and I’m sure her teachings have paved the way for many young professionals. Also a big congratulations to Dr. Aronson for being recognized as the Best Dermatologist in Napa County in "Best of Napa County". It’s clear this community loves her as much as we do!

Every doctor and staff member provides excellent care. In particular, Dr. Erica Aronson is caring, knowledgeable, and supportive to all her patients. I am lucky to have been one of them.

I have seen Dr. Aronson several times, as has my entire family. Never have I ever had better or more thorough care. As someone with family history of melanoma, annual skin checks are critical. Dr. Aronson has always been proactive, making sure any questionable spots were addressed. She has helped my son with his teen skin as well as examined my husband (who is not a fan of any doctor) . She is caring, professional and we feel lucky to have her as our dermatologist.
