Kaiser Permanente Mountain View Medical Offices

The appointment was for an annual physical with my primary care physician. I learned she was retiring soon. I am happy Dr. Kaymaz will have more time for herself but will miss her care and advice. She has always been responsive to my questions and concerns, gives me practical suggestions, follows up, allays any fears. She leaves a high bar for her successor.

It is easy to meet my Primary Care Physician. The whole process is nice, getting the appointment online, checking in, meeting my doctor, everything. My complaint with Kaiser is the difficulty to access the services, when needed, or a specialist, when needed. I needed a PT and the appointment was more than a month out. Last year, the specialist for my ear surgery was more than two months out. If you improve this, you will be great.

I changed my primary Physician to Dr. Phillips Anjum at Mountain View Kaiser Clinic, I am very glad I did. Dr. Anjum is highly experience, knowledgeable, caring, courteous and respected, to me and I believe I found a one Doctor who will care very exemplary for all my need as a one stop. I am very glad and happy for my care.

Dr. Tom is excellent! She is intelligent, thorough, answers all of my questions always with a smile on her face. She is also very personable. I appreciate her so much!

Dr. Lum is professional, responsible, and very knowledgeable . He listens to me and comes up with many solutions that we discuss. He never rushes me out and he familiarizes himself with my medical history before coming in to treat me. I recommend him highly!!!

The Wound Care Department at the Mountain View office was very accessible because there were no long lines. I was seen by a PA within 10 minutes of my arrival. The care I received was compassionate and effective.

Dr. Wang has been my Dermotologist for so long that I have seen her for her many moves with in Kaiser (4-5) locations. She is efficient, compassionate, wise and skilled and knows her skin issues better than anyone I have ever seen in two different states.
