I have been a patient of Dr Murase for over 15 years. In that time , i Have never had one negative experience. She is an exceptional clinician who is professional, thorough, and very gifted. There is rarely any discomfort, and all the incisions heal with great esthetic results. She is kind and takes the time to ask you about your life while at the same time sharing her passion for her profession. It is very comforting to have my dermatologist be an international speaker and publisher in her field. 5 stars all day every day.

Dr. Murase has expertise and ability to deliver effective results, excellent care, she puts you at ease. I appreciate her taking the time to explain everything. She helped me with a severe allergic reaction to a vaccine. She made a huge difference in my life as it had got out of control and had received several medications with no results. Dr. Murase has a wonderful bedside manner and she's excellent at what she does, caring, attentive, and compassionate. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr Murase for over a year and she is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever had as someone who has grown up with eczema all her life. She is the best physician I’ve ever seen that I drive over an hour to see her, and I know that others value her too because it took me over 3 months to get my first appt with her but it’s truly worth the wait.

Dr. Murase has been a godsend for me. I was being bounced around in this complicated healthcare system across multiple health networks—sent from Allergy to Dermatology to Neurology—trying to get to the bottom of my dermatitis and rosacea. After seeing five other dermatologists across various health networks with no clear long-term solution, I happened to book an appointment with Dr. Murase. Dr. Murase carefully reviewed all my tests, medications, and past visit summaries. She came up with a comprehensive plan to address both my dermatitis and rosacea. She is very methodical in her approach, making only gradual changes so she can identify what works and what doesn’t. When my insurance denied the prescription because it was for a branded medication, she developed an alternative plan—trying different medication tiers and even sending notes and photos to my insurance company to get the branded medicine approved. Thanks to her thorough and strategic care, the quality of life for me and my family has improved significantly. I have been a patient of Dr. Jenny Murase for 7+ years. She has helped cure my chronic eczema and manage my chronic atopic dermatitis. She initially helped narrow down and identify specific contact allergens and ingredients that cause eczema using extensive patch testing. She then simultaneously worked closely with my allergist to identify other triggers and medications to pinpoint the causes and triggers of my atopic dermatitis. Consequently she has worked closely with mobile App providers who can help identify skin safe products as and when they are introduced in the market that are made without any eczema triggering ingredients identified during patch testing. She had initially prescribed strong steroid based topical ointments and medicines, which caused side effects with increased proclivity to sunburns. She subsequently worked closely with me to tweak the medications to eliminate steroids and substitute them the latest biologics. It is really impressive that Dr. Murase is always up to speed with the latest medical advancements and techniques that benefit patients. She also worked very closely with my medical insurance to set me up to benefit from the latest biologic medications that are effective and have far fewer side effects compared with the legacy medicines. I would highly recommend Dr. Murase for her extensive expertise and skills in dermatology. She is really personable and works closely with patients to help improve their quality of life.
