The South Bend Clinic Aesthetics and Spa

Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple negative interactions with Kimberly at the front desk. She is condescending in the way she speaks to clients, fails to return phone calls in a timely manner if at all, and is unknowledgeable about the products. Due to these multiple reoccurrences, I will not be returning.

I’ve used medical spa services for years, at Centre PC and at a newly opened place in Elkhart. This place is by far the best in the area in quality of services provided, expertise, and professionalism. First they are all medical professionals (NP, MD) licensed in dermatology. They provide both esthetic and medical services if needed. I had both Botox injections and a mole removed and biopsies with results available in just a couple of days. It was quick, effective, and professional. They don’t recommend unnecessary procedures and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is the place to be. From the moment you walk into the office and get a whiff of the amazing aromatic smells the vibe is just right! The front desk is always so welcoming and always offers a drink of choice between tea, coffee and Lacroix. The waiting area isn’t over lit and very calming. The nurses that room and assists are also very kind and efficient! Let’s not forget the amazing injectors April and Dr Rozycki and the sweet aesthetician Katie! They all do amazing work and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my procedures and product recommendations. The fact that it’s a medical spa makes things even more comforting as I know everything is done correctly and cleanly!! 10/10 recommend!!

The staff is amazing. April is gentle with injections and very personable. Relaxing environment. Always on time and in and out quickly.

I have had a wonderful experience at South Bend Clinic MedSpa and cannot recommend them highly enough! Kimberlee at the front desk makes everyone feel welcomed, she has immense knowledge on the product line the Spa carries and most importantly, Kimberlee is professional, and incredibly helpful in answering my questions thoroughly. My appointment with April Rozycki, NP, was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options and I felt completely comfortable with her treatment plan. Her expertise and attention to detail truly stood out, and I appreciated her personalized approach. I also want to recognize Ashley Bowerman, MA, who was equally kind and attentive. My overall experience was positive, professional and I highly recommend this hidden gem.
