I have taken advantage of the special offer of the customized facial ($160 is now $99). The almost an hour facial is extremely thorough with 9-10 steps including deep cleaning, two masks and very relaxing neck and shoulder massage. The products they use is the Korean leading spa product called Oxygen Ceuticals (I researched later as I have bought a trial packet from them). Compared to my facial experiences in NYC (often costs me $200-400), this is an incredible experience. Now I know why the Korean actresses have perfect skin with zero pore! My skin glowed after the treatment! I have signed up a 10-session package after this amazing treat.

My experience at SY Aesthetics Middletown NY has been unmatched compared to SY Aesthetics NYC. The staff at SY Aesthetics Middletown has always been polite, respectful, professional, pleasant and compassionate compared to a couple of the staff at NYC.Rosemary surgical coordinator is by far one of the meanest, rudest fake individuals I’ve ever come across.Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Igor Burko has by far the best bedside manners compared to retired Dr.Jefferey Yager. Waking up after surgery watching Dr. Yager walk out the back door of his office compared to waking up to Dr. Burko and his team making sure his patient is well and being hands on was priceless. Plastic surgery is already a risky decision to make in life. However, once you made that decision the least you can get is a doctor who actually cares, and listens to you and executes what you desired and did it with passion and care. Thank you Dr. Burko for making this experience a better one and delivering as promised. The massage therapist Yali at Middletown is "AMAZING" and consistent. She actually knows what she’s doing and is so sweet and hands on.Rocio PA has always been someone I could go to with any concerns and she always addressed them and made things right. Thanks again Rocio for all your help, I know I drove you bananas but it was all for my best interest. My experience was wonderful from the very first moment I walked in. I was warmly greeted by the front desk, and throughout my entire journey from the initial consultation to my post-op appointment I felt truly welcomed and cared for. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. Dr. Burko is amazing he took the time to listen to all my concerns and was very attentive after my surgery. I’m beyond happy with my results and would 100% recommend him!

The staff at SY Aesthetics were exceptionally accommodating from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was cheerful and efficient. I was highly impressed with the amount of time that the doctor provided for a consultation. He listened carefully while offering friendly, professional comments. His communication was outstanding. The assistant took notes while the doctor actually spoke face-to-face. (No head buried in a computer!) Pertinent questions were asked by the doctor and his assistant to ensure a comprehensive medical history intake. Both conveyed outstanding patience while I answered their questions and then asked mine. Now for the best part of the visit-- The entire facility is absolutely immaculate! I toured all rooms including the operating and recovery rooms. Every room was modern and pristine. Finally, most important to me, the doctor appeared highly knowledgeable, confident, and especially proud of his skills.

I had an excellent experience at SY Aesthetics for my lower blepharoplasty. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming environment. The staff is incredibly patient and friendly, making every visit a pleasant one. There was minimal wait time, which I really appreciated! Dr. Burko was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully review my surgery and progress at every step. I always felt that my concerns were addressed, and he was very responsive to any questions I had, which gave me great confidence. Overall, I’m happy with the results and the level of care I received.
