Middletown Medical

I was scheduled for bloodwork and 2 scans today at Middletown Medical . I arrived about half hour early and was processed immediately and sat for about 3 minutes and called in for my tests. Very friendly and professional woman helped me . From there I went to the lab where a young woman called me in after less than 5 minute wait . Did a great painless job taking my blood ! I finished all my tests and was in my way home in 35 minutes ! My experience here was so good I gave it 5 stars !!

Dr. Gulati saved my life many years ago. I have always had the absolute best medical care with the doctors, especially Dr. Gohel and Dr. Carey, awesome lab techs, thank you Francesca in phebotemy, and the Urgent Care team is always thorough and caring.Tests are done on the spot. Never go anywhere else in Middletown, Chester, or Ellenville.

So far, not sure how I feel but very good possibility I will change. The receptionists don't seem to care at all. Sarcasm in their voices. Also paperwork I needed filled out never was not sure how this will affect my job. Another bad incident with me just waiting to happen, for my stress level is at the max. Very disappointed. Don't know what to do. 🙁 plan on discussing with my oncologist on my next visit. So I just got a call from office manager coincidentally after my review. Finally did paperwork like 2 weeks late and Dr. will be releasing me as a patient. I'm thinking he doesn't care to be criticized. There must have been an awful lot of released patients according to his reviews. Changes need to be made there, terribly bad.

Absolutely horrendous. All my PCP does is tell me to see other people. She likes to keep repeating to me that I need to see a psychiatrist, and cut me off my meds cold turkey. I had an abnormal EKG, And no one even called me to talk about it. And when my blood sugar was elevated The receptionist called me and told me.I need to "change my lifestyle" No guidance, no help. The worst 😫

I had a physical and tb test done here. Both are fully covered by my insurance. They keep sending me a bill for $150 due to a reject claim. I spoke to my insurance and they said Middletown Medical coded wrong and all they need to is resubmit the claim and it would be fully covered. However, when I call either no one answers or when they do they tell me their supervisor will call me. Too much running around nonsense.

I am currently sitting n radiology with my 85 y.o. Aunt. Her Nephrologist ordered an ultrasound. The receptionists are dismissive, going so far as to huff when you ask questions. We cannot get an estimate on a time frame and we’re told, lunch is at 12. I realize that we did not have an appointment but the level of care here is deteriorating rapidly. Staff is new as they n brand new in many areas. They obviously have a lack of training and empathy. Choose somewhere else to take your family.

I've been calling this office for TWO weeks for an appointment because I've been out of medication and had yet to have a call back. What is the point of staffing people picking up the phone when I can't schedule an appointment with them or get a hold of the actual office. This is so incredibly irresponsible of the office I've never had such a bad experience with medical professionals in my life.
