Aspire Dermatology - Middletown

Dr. Comeau and her Med Ass’t were awesome… clinically astute, professional, engaging. The support staff at the front desk was problematic telling me I could not be seen due to an outstanding bill, and so they had taken me off the schedule without notifying me. I waited a long time for this app’t, and no one notified me that I would not be seen due outstanding bill (which I paid in full at this visit). That’s not the proper way to treat patients. Ultimately I was seen, but not for the full body exam that I was expecting… was only seen for a problem issue with my skin (and Dr. Comeau treated that beautifully). For the full body exam, I had to be seen in their Tiverton office where I’ve never been before. I await that appointment. So the clerical/administrative team needs to be properly trained to deal with patient’s non-clinical issues.

Staff were great and Dr. Comeau addressed some trouble areas on my face with great skill. Very personable and the biopsy went smoothly and without any fuss.

Very friendly staff and doctor. I wish I asked more questions but was nervous. I would have liked more information on my procedure and testing. I didn't know anything about the medical billing and costs. I'm sure I could have gotten the answers but I think the staff should explain more for a new patient

I have been receiving a series of customized micro needling and laser treatments for the past 8 months with Amanda Blume. I am loving the results and grateful for her expertise, she is extremely professional and efficient! Highly recommended Amanda & Aspire! The staff are all very kind and helpful making sure you have appointment options and all answering all questions!

The staff were friendly courteous and polite. Professional all around. I came in on a self pay basis. I fully understand that medical costs are high however I was charged over $200.00 more than the office visit cost. I wasn’t given an itemized receipt for services rendered and the PA basically looked at my situation and froze a spot on my back. So I don’t understand why I was charged so much.

Generally, my appointments are in Tiverton, but I couldn't get a timely appointment. I was able to get a more timely appointment in Middletown. This was my first visit there and I'm very satisfied.

My first visit to see Dr Comeau was ideal. The check in was seamless with helpful staff and she took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to going back!
