I saw Dr. Crowell for a routine wellness check. She is very personable, very knowledgeable. She was very willing to answer questions and explain things. I did leave the office feeling a bit frustrated, however. A patient waits an average of 3 months to get an appointment to see her. Then, once there, she seemed in an absolute rush to get out of the room. She was literally leaving the room three times when I explained I had more concerns/questions. She was receptive to my questions and returned to answer, but the whole experience felt rushed and I, as a patient, felt that I wasn’t really her priority at that time. Thinking retrospectively, I now realized she didn’t even evaluate the skin of my back area for any issues, especially since one cannot visualize the back personally. I guess my advise would be to go in with a list and be gently assertive to get the most out of these coveted appointments. She is an excellent specialist in her area obviously. The office staff were all very friendly and helpful.

During my visit, they made me feel heard and well care. Dr. Amini was extremelly professional and clearly very knowledgeable with a lot of expertise. I highly recommend this place to anyone loking for a quality and safe dermatological care. The building is peacefull with plenty of parking spots. Offices are well identified, so patients can easily find the office withou any confusion. Don't need to take an elevator to walk in.

I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s service. I had an appointment today at 3:40 p.m. with Dr. Sadegh Amini Kobe’s First they told me by phone that if I didn’t show up, I would be charged $50, which I agreed to. I arrived at 3:10 p.m., and they took me to a room where I waited for the doctor for an hour. Then an employee came in and told me that the doctor no longer had time to see me and that I would need to reschedule for another day. They didn’t care that I live in Doral or that I lost half a day of work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They are charlatans who take advantage of patients’ time without any scruples.

My experience was very pleasant. I was seen in a timely manner and received a detailed explanation of my diagnose, which to my surprise was very favorable. Thank you to all the staff But especially Dr. Judith was able to see me personally. Unfortunately, that does not happen during other doctor visits Would you make an appointment with a specialist and you only meet their assistant team?

Dr. Crowell is amazing. She takes her time with you and makes you feel comfortable. I'm already getting great results. Also, their staff is wonderful. I give them an A+.

Dr Crowell’s office runs like a well timed Swiss watch. Efficient friendly and professional. Just what you’d want from a doctors office. The front office staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. Wait times are minimal. Finally Dr Crowell is friendly professional well prepared and thorough. One of my favorite medical offices to visit for an appointment.

I just left their office after getting "checked" by Dr. Crowell. What a terrible experience! She spent less than 5 minutes with me, was completely in a hurry and the main reason why I went to a dermatologist, completely dismissed by her. Even though is causing pain and discomfort. Granted she seems like an older lady and is probably tired and ready to retire, but then she should do so already and not waste the patient’s time and money. When we go to a Doctor’s consult, is to tend to a need or worry we have, not to get completely dismissed by the medical provider… Doctors are providers and part of the service they provide is being attentive to the needs of their patients. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have had as a patient. I do not recommend this place or this Doctor at all!!
