Luminary Dermatology (with Phyllis Skolnik MD)

Dr. Michael Randolph is one of the finest physicians in Miami. He is a very thorough and detailed doctor. His caring and compassionate demeanor instills confidence and security in the patient. Many physicians have lost the ability educate and inform the patient. His warm compassionate skill raises the bar for other medical providers in our area. This level of professionalism is rae in S. Florida. We need more humans like this in our country.

I went to see Dr. Randolph today since my sister recommended him, and I am so pleased with this office! The doctor is very attentive to our individual preferences for treatment, and is willing to listen to our feedback. His medical assistant Marian was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Michael Randolph was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose my condition and offer treatment solutions immediately. His bedside manner is also great and you can absolutely tell he knows what he is talking about! I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes, not because I felt rushed at all, but because everything ran very smoothly. Scheduling via phone was also very simple and the staff in the office were nice as well. Overall, I would 100% recommend this office, and be sure to book with Dr. Randolph if you want a positive experience like mine!

Dr. Randolph was great and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. His assistant Sofia Pilato was so kind and reassuring. They are such a great team and very professional. Really grateful for how comfortable they made everything. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. They attend to you very fast and make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. The office has such a cozy, relaxing atmosphere, which makes the visit feel way less stressful.

Amazing office at N Kendall Dr. I called as a new patient and the excellence started in that moment with Emily, who received my call/sched same day appointment because I was scared for something in my face. Then, the MA’s Doctor Erick continue the triage very friendly and concerned due to my reason very professional and empathetic. The doctor? Can’t find any words to express gratitude for the services received. Luminary Dermatology will be my dermat’s center from now on. Thank you so much.

Allow me to preface this review by saying Dr Phyllis is not a terrible person, but rather she is declining mentally. First of all I arrived for my 3:30 appointment at 3:20 and was not seen until 4:45 (I was taken to the room around 3:40). Over an hour to be seen.. Right off the bat she forgot my name even after the nurse told her what it was (force of habit to ask someone their name, I get it). She then asked me if I drank or smoke to which I said yes.. She proceeded to ask me what I drink, to which I said beer, then she gave me some alternatives to consider (non alcoholic) then she asked me what I drink.. Then she asked me if I took vitamins, to which I said yes! Then she asked me again.. my issue was hair loss, so she asked if it runs in my family to which I said no, then she recommended I try rogain.. I asked why if I told her I had used Finasteride for over a year with no result, to which she said the hair loss is genetic and not a cause of DHT.. Even after I said it was not genetic. Poor woman needs to retire.
