Dr. Vitor Weinman, Dermatologist

I've been to this office 4 times now. Everyone was always incredibly nice to me. Dr Karen is a wonderful dr who listens to her patients, and is quick to give you results.

After 3 years we decided we going to change to another office. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The ladies a the front desk are mean, rude border line disrespectful with all the patients. On the other hand the doctors are great specially Doctor Karen. Good luck to all.

Last time I was here the front desk behaved as if I was going to take the retinol cream and run out the door without paying. I said upon check out, "May I get the cream the doctor prescribed? The receptionist replied, "yeah sure when you pay for it, that will be 60 dollars. Today I have been in waiting room for an hour. Tons of people scheduled at same time crazy

First time today. All the staff very kind. Natalie was excellent. Explained ver clear and did great job. See her next month. N Diaz

I haven’t been back in two years. Ever since Cheryl the PA derms left. The other girls in the office were horrible. I had to find another place to go. I can’t believe I referred people there. The worst experience. Would not mind talking to the actual dermatologist only he is never there because his new PA derma do all his work.

I've been to this office a few times and the staff and doctor are really efficient and nice. I really appreciate the no wait time and thoroughness, as a working professional.

I like my dermatologist here and the office is always very clean but the girls at the front desk are always cutting people off and are just plain rude. I don’t know if they don’t like their jobs or what but this is not how patients should be treated. Take note to the other reviews, they all say similar things.
