I cannot say enough amazing things about Azala. I have been seeing Paula for over 10 years, even before Azala opened, and I continue to trust her completely. She is truly exceptional. Paula is incredibly attentive, warm, and personable, with the best bedside manner you could ask for. She always takes her time, listens carefully, and makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for at every visit. She also always has great promotions, which is such a thoughtful bonus. As a school teacher, it means so much to feel recognized and appreciated, and I truly love that she celebrates teachers as well. It makes you feel valued not just as a client, but as a person. I sometimes see Krystal as well, and she is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, uses great technique, and you can immediately tell she is highly skilled and passionate about what she does. I always feel confident and well taken care of with her. The office is absolutely beautiful and very easy to get to, which makes the entire experience seamless. From the moment you walk in, everyone has such a great attitude and is so welcoming and kind. The entire team truly creates a positive and uplifting environment. Paul is very pleasant and thorough. She addressed all of my concerns and walked me through all of her suggestions. I felt comfortable in her presence. I like her gentle and subtle approach. It was my first time seeing her so I do not have much more to say but so far I am liking the results 🙂
