Ada West Dermatopathology

Waited from September 3rd to October 30th to get a call from Ada West after being referred by my doctor. Ada West dropped the ball. Said they didn't receive the referral. I have suspicious spots on me that need immediate attention and was told by snotty Ada West receptionist I would not even get a consult until January, 2026 if I qualified. Good thing we live in a democracy. I will find another doctor office.

Would have been nice to of been told that labs were going to be charged almost $1800 on TOP of the $655.00 provider visit / punch biopsy. Was given my co insurance estimate while in office, said they would reach out if I owe more. Which is fine but having an additional co insurance bill for $1800 in labs is horrendous.

This was my first visit here and I was very impressed by the service and professionalism. I didn't have to wait and was very satisfied with the procedures. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
