Ada West Dermatology

I've always had a professional and friendly experience at AdaWeat Dermatology. From the front desk to the "in office" experience, all personnel are helpful and compassionate. Skin problems can cause anxiety and Dr. Wells kind approach and thorough examination brings down any of that anxious feelings. Every visit offers the same personal attention and with that same care and service. Dr. Wells PA, Soriah (sp), was amazing, and I teased her about her multitasking capabilities. She was able to tease right back, even while giving me "injections" before a procedure. "Good job!" .... to everyone!

This was my first time to see Dr. Laura Allen, and boy am I happy 😃. She was so nice, so caring 🕊️, and very professional. I shall return!

I called the evening before needing to be seen and they were able to get me in the next morning from a last minute cancellation. All the staff were very friendly. The doctor and nurse took their time to explain my need, and answer my questions. Had no wait time and they were able to get me in and out efficiently. Overall felt like I was in good hands and I would go back to this location again!

The staff and physicians here are all friendly and professional. The reason for my three-star review is that I went in for a screening last month, and the PA didn't find anything except for one small, pre-cancerous spot on my nose. He asked me if wanted him to freeze it, and I agreed. I was charged $255.00 for the evaluation, which lasted about 10 minutes. However, I was also charged $188.00 for the freezing, which lasted about three seconds. I have never been charged for a quick treatment Iike that at any other dermatologist; they always walk in the room with the nitrogen can and quickly freeze anything necessary during the evaluation. Therefore, I called and spoke to someone in billing. I told her that I was shocked to see the additional charge - for the reasons explained above - and she just curtly said that they charge for that. She could have at least apologized for any misunderstanding, or offered a discount etc., but there was none of that. I didn't appreciate her attitude. Also, if the office is charging for that freezing service, separate from the evaluation, the PA should explain that.

I am so glad I switched to the meridian location! The wait was longer BUT the staff is so freaking nice! The ladies at check in were friendly, funny and chatty. (My kind of gals) The ladies in the back who were helping Laura, also so friendly, talkative and welcoming. Last but not least... Laura was so warm and quick to address my concerns. She not only gave me solutions but reassurance and suggestions. She also let me chat about a few other health related issues, she listened and was extremely empathetic. I have ALOT of health issues and I see alot of doctors and medical staff. It gets overwhelming and sad. This visit really made my day. Very much appreciated.

My experience was great. James went over everything with me in detail. He was so nice and so was his MA. They were both very informative. I left there feeling like I got a good exam. The check in staff were awesome as well. Thanks everyone for making me feel comfortable.

I am always impressed with Ada West Dermatology when I go for my appointments. It is so amazing to watch the number of people who go in and out of the office. One would think it’s like an assembly line but it’s not. From the moment I entered the office, to the moment I left, I was treated with kindness. The staff was courteous and professional.i was asked if I had a concerns and those were discussed and checked out. The exam was thorough and when something was found , it was explained and then treated. I felt I received an excellent yearly exam. I would highly recommend this office!!
