Dr. Woodmansee is awesome! She is thorough, nice and very professional. She has removed two Melanoma in Situ, one on my face and the other on my neck. The one or the face was done by surgical incision. I know it was difficult but I do not have a scar. The other was done by MOH's surgery. Great results. Her nurse Lauren is really nice and very efficient as well. Having had two surgeries in pretty visible places by Dr. Woodmansee, I can't imagine seeing anyone else. I have recommended her to my friends and coworkers, even my regular physician, and I highly recommend her now.

Went today after several recommendations for a few spots i had questions about and the staff was amazing and very helpful

Dr. Overholser is wonderful! She takes the time to provide exceptional patient care and answer questions. Aside from the medical care, from a patient experience perspective, it makes no sense to have to wait 45 minutes in the front waiting room before being called back for an appointment. I even did my paperwork a month before my appointment online. Did we overbook our appointments? Come on now. That’s just rude.

The office staff was horrible. Got talked down too they would NOT try to call my insurance to verify coverage again. I had to call and make arrangements for the insurance to contact them. When the insurance person came to talk to us she said blue cross blue shields lines were down and we had to pay for the visit out of pocket if they could not get ahold of them. I did in seconds but the lady refused to call them again. I drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back home because people did NOT want to complete their job in a timely manner. It would have been nice to hear about this before we left. Thanks for NOTHING! I will not be back!

This past year I left Levy Dermatology and established care at Memphis Dermatology with Dr. Overholser. She had been recommended by a friend after my frustration with my previous practice feeling like a turnstile of patients and only pushing cosmetic dermatology, instead of addressing my real concerns. My new patient visit was incredibly thorough and I was especially impressed with Dr. Overholser’s bedside manner and evidenced based approach. Her nurse was kind and detail oriented. She addressed all of my concerns with a specific plan and the mole biopsy she did was painless. The office is immaculate and the front desk staff was very pleasant. I’m happy to have made the switch and would recommend the practice wholeheartedly.

I have seen several drs here and all are fantastic! I feel seen, heard, and taken care of without a doubt. Their staff is always friendly and professional. They have a clean, beautiful office, which is also a plus. I will never go anywhere else after being scarred (literally) from a dr at a different local practice. I recommend them to ANYONE!

Their website sucks and their appointment process online sucks.
