Dr Brooks ,and the whole staff were very friendly and they put me at ease. The Doctor explained to me thoroughly his plan for the curing of my ailment.

Todd Brooks is attentive and a good listener. He explains clearly what treatment is needed making sure I understand and agree. I appreciate his sensitivity to my discomfort and his efforts to make treatment less painful if possible. He skillfully removed a growth on my face leaving a very small cut which healed in no time. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

I always find my vists with Todd very efficient and effective. They always run on time and this time they were ahead of schedule. I had my visit, accomplished everything I came to have done and was getting in my car one minute after my appointment time! I appreciate that they don't waste my time. I no longer live in Medford, but it is worth the trip there to visit this office.

Being abroad the last 3 years made doctor searches a new challenge. Many retired, I had a referral but decided to research what people thought. It took some time but I was pleased about what was said about CK Dermatologists, Medford. The staff were welcoming and very easy to talk with. Professional and helpful. Tom Brooks is the person I had hoped to find. Punctual, welcoming, attentive and thorough. I highly recommend him.

PA-C Todd Brooks clearly understood my concerns, addressed them, and resolved them. He is efficient. I was in and out of there fairly quickly. Even the front desk checked me in quickly. I really appreciate that! He dictated the visit notes in front of his assistant and me, and it was a perfect description. CK, the founder, has a good employee and should reward him. He represents the clinic in a positive way. I will return again, if needed.

Todd was exceptionally thorough on his exam, explaining everything as he went along. He has a confident yet reassuring manner, and is exceptional in his communication skills. The support staff was efficient and pleasant. An added bonus was that I did not wait long for an appointment.
