I cannot recommend Joe Gatti enough. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. I truly trust him — he not only explains the medical facts clearly, but also shares his own experiences, which makes him so relatable and reassuring. He always spends an adequate amount of time during appointments. I never feel rushed, and I consistently feel seen, heard, and understood. It’s rare to find a provider who combines expertise with such a warm and approachable bedside manner. I’m so grateful to be in his care!

Friendly office staff. Very professional. Whitney was very nice and efficient. Kelly Mead seemed very thorough. In and out in a timely manner. Did not feel that anyone was pushing products or services. Just recommendations in response to my questions.

Front desk and assistant were great but the PA has a poor bed-side manner. Very fast talking, difficult information to take in and no empathy or understanding, just trying to check a box type of attitude. I stopped the one way talking a few times to try to understand and take in information but it was not received. If I had an option I wouldn’t go back but with my insurance it is the only place in the valley.

Elle and also her assistant were both amazing! So efficient and so friendly. I felt very comfortable and I felt like all of my questions were answered. Very happy with my visit!

Great visit, This was my first appointment with Dermatology and Wellness Clinic, SUPER folks, professional, proficient and personable. They do however, need coat hooks in the examination rooms. I have a follow-up appointment in two months and will be reporting back on the progress of getting those pesky coat hooks up. All kidding aside, I would reccomend the clinic, without reservation. Really quick but thorough exam. I felt as comfortable as possible during a full body exam. No nonsense approach. Nobody tried to sell me skin care products or offer me treatments for the appearance of my skin. I appreciated that. I felt my health was the total focus.
