Such a great experience at Charlotte dermatology, from start to finish! Check-in was quick and the staff was incredibly kind. The doctor was attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Check-out was easy. You can really tell this office cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule. Quick visits without the usual wait times. Seen and concerns addressed immediately, without new appointments when issues found. Extremely friendly staff both back and front of house. My husband visited recently and I changed from occasional visits to a closer dermatologist, and so happy I did.

Upon my arrival for my appointment the receptionist was very pleasant and professional during her interactions with me. I saw Natasha Rudd on today for my appointment. She listened to my concerns and shared a treatment plan that will hopefully address them. She was thorough and provided excellent personal centered care.

Dr Slaughter is one of the best physicians I have ever had. He is engaging, thoroughly knows his specialty, and truly listens to your concerns and addresses them. His team includes his PA, Natasha, and their technician, Christian. I am grateful to have them as my healthcare providers.

Had an appointment for a couple of places where I didn't feel entirely comfortable. Jenna was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She handled everything with care and kindness, making the experience much more reassuring. It truly was a wonderful and uplifting experience today.

Did not wait long in the waiting room, nor the exam room for the doctor. Don't care at all about using the tablets to check in. Dr Rodriguez was as always very personable. He took the time to explain things to me even when I didn't ask. When I did ask he took the time to make sure I understood. One thing I did not like and feel they really need to improve. The exam gowns were terrible and cheap. Mine tore all to pieces trying to put it on. Which is very uncomfortable if one is shy about exposing themselves, it was like trying to cover yourself with toilet paper. They need to go back to cloth gowns. If it were for that it would be 5 stars. The doctor and staff pulled it up.

All of the staff who tended to me today during my procedure were lovely! It’s never fun to get stitches and I was a little down because I just had a different spot done a couple months ago. They were kind, upbeat and attentive.
